Warbird 100 - March 19 and 20 2027, Hyden KY
The event is a multi-distance trail running weekend in Hyden, Kentucky offering a 100 mile race plus a 50k and a half marathon. The 100 mile race begins on Friday March 19. The 50k and the half marathon take place on Saturday and share portions of the 100 mile course.
Course features include long climbs, steep climbs, technical uphill and downhill sections, ridge running, streams and rivers, gravel roads and short paved sections. The 50k follows a lollipop loop that ties into the 100 mile course and shares the final 20 miles with the 100 mile field. The half marathon is an out and back route with a turnaround token at the midpoint.
