Vermont 50
The Vermont 50 is a multi-discipline endurance event hosted at Ascutney Outdoors / Base Camp in West Windsor, Vermont. The event includes mountain bike and ultra-run formats and a selection of relay options. The race benefits Vermont Adaptive and the organizer notes more than three decades of support for that charity.
The race is staged as a weekend with pre-race activities, packet and bike plaque pick up, vendors and separate kids fun rides and runs on the day before the main events. Mandatory race meetings are scheduled on the race day prior to the starts. Course support includes marked trails, aid stations, and provisions for drop bags and crew access; course descriptions and crew information are published by the organizer.
Registration for the 33rd Vermont 50 opens May 25, 2026 at 7 PM ET and closes September 5, 2026 at 12:01 PM ET or when the event fills. The organizer publishes distinct race documents and handbooks for mountain bike and running participants, and operates multiple race waves and relay categories.
