United We Move : Fall River Trailfest
United We Move is a multi-event trailfest held on October 17, 2026, at the Fall River Bioreserve and nearby Tech Etch in Fall River, MA. The event presents five trail options and uses trails, fire-roads, and rough paved sections around North Watuppa Pond.
Event options:
- 2 Mile Walk
- 5K Walk
- 5K Run
- 10 Mile Run
- 10 Mile Ruck
The courses include rough paved roads, dirt and sand roads, grassy trails, and rocky sections. Walk routes use the Tattapanum trail, a roughly one-mile loop; roots, rocks, and slight inclines/declines are common. Run routes have very little elevation. Walkers must stay to the side of the road while runners use the same road.
The 5K Run, 10 Mile Run, and 10 Mile Ruck are competitive events with awards for the top three finishers. Ruck participants must provide their own ruck or weighted backpack or vest and meet a 20 lb weight requirement. Ruck participants are asked to maintain an 18 to 22 minute pace for safety and to allow participation in post-race activities.
Registration fees are $40 for the 2 Mile Walk, 5K Walk, and 5K Run, and $50 for the 10 Mile Run and 10 Mile Ruck. Day-of registration is available with cash, check, or Venmo. No refunds and no mailed packets or swag. The event runs rain or shine. Dogs are allowed but must be on leashes for the entire event.
