United We Move
United We Move Trailfest is the 7th annual fundraiser and community event on 10/17/2026 at 100 Riggenbach Road in Fall River, MA, held in the Fall River Bioreserve. The event begins the organizer's annual campaign to raise funds for local programs focused on health, youth opportunity, financial stability, and community resiliency.
Available distances and event types:
- 2 miles walk
- 5 km walk
- 5 km run
- 10 miles run
- 10 miles ruck
Walk courses use the Tattapanum trail, a loop of about one mile; the listed walk distance includes travel to and from the staging area. Walk routes feature roots and rocks and slight inclines and declines. Walkers must stay to the side of the road while runners use the same road at the same time.
Run courses follow fire roads and trails with a mix of rough paved roads, dirt and sand roads, grassy trails, and rocky sections; there is very little elevation on the run routes. The ruck follows the 10 mile route and requires participants to provide their own weighted backpack or vest and carry 20 lbs. Ruck participants are asked to maintain an 18 to 20 minute pace for safety and to allow participation in post-race activities.
Awards are given to the top three finishers in the 5K run, 10 mile run, and 10 mile ruck. Day-of registration is available with Cash, Check, and Venmo accepted. No swag or packets will be mailed. No refunds. The event runs rain or shine. Dogs are allowed but must be on leashes for the entire event. After the races there will be music, refreshments, and family-friendly activities at Tech Etch in Fall River's Industrial Park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
