Umstead 100 Mile Endurance Run

The Umstead 100 Ultra is a 100 mile endurance run held on trails inside William B. Umstead State Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. The event is the 32nd annual edition in 2027 and the next race dates are April 3, 2027 to April 4, 2027. Participants have a 30 hour time limit to complete the 100 mile distance. The race also includes a 50 mile option.

Initial registration for the 2027 race is closed. There are 50 additional entry slots available through a Second Chance Lottery with an entry period from September 19 to September 26. The event provides published race information including a race schedule, course maps, and results.

Organizing and informational materials cover accommodations and on site options, with pages for hotels and for cabins and tents. The event also lists volunteering opportunities, training guidance, health information, weather updates, awards, and photographic results and fun statistics.
