About the race
Ultra Trail Dubai is a multi-distance trail running event held in the Hatta mountains of the UAE over a weekend in late November 2026. Routes run on mountain ridgelines, wadis and desert plateaus around Hatta Wadi Hub and include aid stations and event operations for on-course support.
Available distances:
- 100 km with a 26-hour cut-off
- 50 km with a 14-hour cut-off
- 30 km with an 8-hour cut-off
- 15 km with a 4-hour cut-off
- 5 km with a 2-hour cut-off
- Night Relay: 5 km loop, 12-hour team event
- Mini Trail: 1 km kids race
Prize money is offered for the top male and female finishers in the 100 km and 50 km races. Each entry includes an event shirt and a finisher's medal. Organisers provide route marking, aid stations, GPX files before the event, and mandatory equipment lists that vary by category; penalties apply for non-compliance. Rules require runners to stay on the marked course, keep race bibs visible, and carry mandatory gear. The Night Relay is a team endurance format where teams of 3–5 complete repeated 5 km loops during a 12-hour period. Routes and operational details are subject to change.
