About the race
U.Trail Lamer Winkel is a trail running event in the Lamer Winkel, scheduled for 2 to 3 July 2027. The race is organised by Team Gamsbock e. V. together with the municipalities of Arrach, Lam and Lohberg. Registration opens on 1 December 2026 and closes on 25 June 2027 or when participant limits are reached.

- König vom Bayerwald, 54 km, 2650 m ascent
- Osser-Riese, 23 km, 1200 m ascent
- Rookie-Trail, 12 km, 540 m ascent
- Youth-Trail, 4.8 km, 200 m ascent
All races start and finish at Marktplatz Lam and use marked trails within the Lamer Winkel. Each race has a participant limit and an entry fee; the longer races include timed ranking categories and prize money. Aid and refreshment points are provided on the courses according to each distance.
Services listed for participants include a personalised bib with timing chip, course and finish catering, free showers at the finish, access to Osserbad Lam, a finisher medal and event photos by Sportograf. The event requires mandatory equipment for the full race, for example a drinking container for at least 1 litre and a basic first aid kit; a mobile phone with a prestored emergency number is also required.
