About the race
The Turkey Shuffle is a multi-distance running event at SE Metro Park in Del Valle, Texas. The event offers on-course aid stations, snacks and refreshments at the race rally tent, live awards, and music from a DJ. Participants should expect mixed running surfaces including dirt paths and grass; difficult paths will be avoided to use the best available surfaces.
All finishers of all distances receive a medal and race shirt. A costume contest awards the "Biggest Turkey" Trophy plus a prize pack that includes a certificate for two free future races and a $25 HEB gift card. Packet pickup is offered beginning 1.5 hours before the event. Shirt sizes are guaranteed only if registered at least ten days before the event; availability after that date may be limited.
