Turkey Gobbler Trail Run 2026
The Turkey Gobbler Trail Run takes place on October 11, 2026 at Walden Cross Country, Denis Avenue, Naughton, Greater Sudbury, ON, Canada. It is the final event of the 2026 Sudbury Fitness Challenge. Proceeds from the event support the Walden Nordic Race Team.
Distances offered:
- 8 km trail course with hills, rocks, roots, grass and mud
- 3.5 km gently rolling double-track trails; jogging stroller accessible but lumpy
- 1 km flat crusher-dust trail, accessible to all ages and stroller friendly
T-shirt and kit details are set by event categories. The 1 km entry fee does not include a T-shirt; T-shirts can be purchased separately for CA$10.00. T-shirts are included with 8 km and 3.5 km entries. Sizes are subject to first-come, first-served availability. A selection of previous-year shirts will be available for exchange at packet pickup; supply chain issues may cause last-minute changes to size options or colours.
Race packages are available for pickup at the Running Room on the Saturday before the event and at the Walden Cross Country Fitness Club Ski Chalet on race morning. The Running Room is listed as a sponsor of the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
