Tupelo Trail Shuffle : November 21, 2026
The event offers trail running options at Trace State Park, located at 2139 Faulkner Road, Belden, MS. Distances offered include:
- 20K
- 10K
The course runs mostly on single track trails through hardwood timber and old growth pines and partially follows the shore of Trace State Lake. The route has some rolling hills with no large climbs or highly technical sections. Elevation gain is roughly 400 feet for the 10K and about 900 feet for the 20K. The race takes place during peak fall foliage in the region.
Aid stations are provided at approximately miles 4, 8, and 10 and will supply chips, cookies, fruit, water, and electrolyte drink. Participants are encouraged to bring a reusable cup or water bottle to reduce waste. There is a four hour cutoff for both distances.
Packet pick up is available Friday November 20 from 3 PM to 6 PM at Core Cycle & Outdoor, 1697 Coley Road, Tupelo MS, and race day packet pick up and registration are available at Trace State Park from 6 AM to 7:30 AM. Packets not picked up on race day are forfeited and will not be mailed.
Entry fees are $55 for the 10K and $65 for the 20K. No refunds. A portion of proceeds will go to the Mississippi State Parks Fund.
Awards are given to first, second, and third overall male and female in each distance. All finishers receive a medal. Race hoodies are planned for participants; hoodies, shirts, or medals are not guaranteed for those who register after 11/8/2026.
Post race offerings include drinks and light refreshments and a vendor providing adult beverages. Tent camping, RV sites, and cabins are available at the park, and lodging and short term rentals are available in the Tupelo area. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
