Trail des Cômes by FMLGD takes place in Saint‑Côme, Quebec, and combines mountain and forest routes within the Sentier National. The event is organized as a set of challenges focused on elevation gain, with formats that include repeated loops and a forest route.

- Défi Vertical 600 (2 loops)

- Défi Vertical 1500+ team of 2 to 5 people
- Défi Forêt 1000 : 15 km and 1000 m elevation gain
- Défi Ultime combination of Forêt 1000 and Défi 300
Each registration requires a minimum fundraising amount of CA$20 per participant for the Programme d’aide aux médecins du Québec (PAMQ). The event page shows CA$175.87 raised so far toward a CA$50,000.00 goal. The event occurs during fall colors and the mountain hosts activities as part of the Val Saint‑Côme Festival des couleurs.
Participants can access preferred rates for lodging and discounts for mountain bike rental the following day; discount codes are sent by email.
