Tough Mudder - Cheshire
Tough Mudder is an obstacle course event organised by Islamic Help at The Cheshire County Showground in Knutsford, WA16 0HJ on 10 October 2026. The event is part of an action series and runs in person.
The course is approximately 5K long and includes more than 12 obstacles that require participants to climb, crawl and move through water and mud. Participants who complete the course receive a finisher medal. No prior experience is required.
The event is open to individuals aged 14 and over. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Registration includes an email to help set up a personal fundraising page and participants agree to raise a minimum of £250; the organiser may cancel places if the fundraising requirement is not met. Entry fees are non-refundable.
Participants should bring photo ID and registration confirmation, a water bottle and sunscreen, and a complete change of clothes. Shoes or sandals, a towel and a plastic bag or waterproof gear bag for muddy clothing afterward are recommended. Photography and videography may be in place and content may be shared by the organiser or third parties; participants who do not wish to be photographed can notify organisers on the day.
