Tough Mudder
Tough Mudder at The Cheshire County Showground in Knutsford is an in-person obstacle course event organised by Islamic Help on Saturday 10 October 2026. The course is approximately 5K long and includes 12 or more obstacles that involve mud, climbing, crawling and water features designed to test physical strength, endurance and mental resilience. Teamwork is emphasised throughout the course.
Participants are asked to raise a minimum of £250 for Islamic Help; registrants will receive an email to set up a personal fundraising page. Islamic Help reserves the right to cancel places if the fundraising requirement is not met. A ticket price of £54.88 is listed and the entry fee is non-refundable.
The event is open to individuals aged 14 and over. Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Essentials listed for the event include photo ID, registration confirmation, a water bottle and sunscreen. Participants are advised to bring a complete change of clothes, shoes or sandals, a towel and a plastic or waterproof bag for muddy clothing.
