The Raven 24-Hour
The Raven 24-Hour is a USATF sanctioned, record-eligible 24 hour track race held on February 6, 2027 in Mount Pleasant, SC at the Town Hall 400-meter rubberized track (100 Ann Edwards Lane). The event uses a certified 400 m track with lights for overnight running. Two porta-potties will be located near the track. The adjacent gymnasium has men's and women's restrooms with showers and a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee machine and microwave.
Field size is limited and entry is prioritized by published A and B qualification standards. Qualifications must be achieved within the last two years and all applicants are asked to join the waitlist for consideration. Exceptions may be discussed with the organizer for approval. Every four hours the direction of travel on the track will change. Timing and live displays will show laps and distance and will prevent double counting when reentering the fenced track area.
Aid station offerings include water, electrolyte drinks, sodas, common foods such as PB&J, gummies, chips and bananas, and limited hot items like broth, soup, quesadillas, omelets and coffee. Athletes should bring any special dietary items they require.
Prize money is available for overall World and American records and for performances that place athletes on the U.S. 24-Hour Team roster, with payouts issued after national lists are updated. Split results for 100 miles and full 24 hours will be provided and record performances will be submitted for ratification within 10 calendar days.
