About the race
The Raven 24-Hour is a 24-hour track running event on February 6, 2027 in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The race takes place on a USATF certified 400-meter rubberized track at the Town Hall. The event is USATF sanctioned and performances are eligible for national and world record ratification. The field size is limited and entry is prioritized for athletes who meet specified "A" and "B" qualification standards within the last two years; applicants are reviewed and ranked until capacity is reached.
All runners are asked to join the waitlist to be considered for entry. Direction of travel on the track will change every four hours. Timing is provided by a local timing team and live lap counts and distances are shown on an electronic display. Facilities include track lighting for night running, two nearby porta-potties, and an open gymnasium with gendered restrooms, showers, a fridge, coffee machine, and microwave.
The aid station will offer water, electrolyte drinks, sodas, snacks such as PB&J, gummies, chips, and bananas, plus limited hot items including broth, soup, quesadillas, omelets, and coffee. Runners should bring any special dietary items they require. Prize money is available for overall World and American records at 100k and beyond, and for performances that meet published U.S. Team standards.
