Maverick Cotswolds Trail 2027

The Maverick Cotswolds Trail is an off-road running event held at Sudeley Castle in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Routes run across sections of the Cotswold Way and Winchcombe Way and use established trails, bridleways, ridge lines and ancient woodland.

The course includes varied terrain with punchy climbs, steep ascents that may require power-hiking, fast descents and quiet stretches through villages and countryside. The event provides fully marked routes, precision fuel and hydration outposts with sweet and savoury snacks, timing and online results, event photography, bag drop and a metal finishers medal. Free parking is available at the venue.
