The Last Hour - Part of the Happy Hour Series
The Last Hour is the final race in the Friday Night Happy Hour Series, held on August 20, 2027, at Vanderwater Conservation Area, 512 Vanderwater Rd., Thomasburg, ON K0K2Y0. The event is an 8 km trail run on gently rolling terrain through pine groves, old boulder fields and along the Moira River. Trails are described as generously wide and suitable for running alongside others.
There are no aid stations on course. A porta-potty is available in the main parking lot. Vanderwater operates a paid parking gate; parking costs $6 and the gate accepts cash, debit and credit. Organizers note this supports trail maintenance.
Bibs are available for pickup on race day; day-of registration is offered for $30. Timing is manual and there are no placement awards. There will be no refunds for any reason. Dirty Soles is listed as the event organizer.
This race concludes the four-event Happy Hour Series. Participants who complete all four races receive a custom Dirty Soles medal and a prize presented at The Last Hour. Registration for the event closes on Tuesday, August 17 at 11:59 PM ET. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
