The Hangers Heroes' Fleet & Feet Trail
The event on Saturday 26th September 2026 is based at Bagwell Farm Touring Park, Chickerell, Weymouth, Dorset. It is offered as a run or walk with the following distance options:
- 10 km
- Half marathon
- Full marathon
- Marathon relay for teams of up to four
The undulating courses are almost exclusively off road and follow The Fleet Lagoon, using a network of national trails and bridlepaths. Routes are signposted and marshaled throughout, though some self navigation may be required. The OS Map #15 Purbeck and South Dorset is recommended.
The Fleet & Feet Trail is the organiser's main fundraiser of the year. All proceeds go to small local charities and not for profit organisations. Competitors may raise sponsorship or make a single donation when entering.
For safety there is a 10 hour time limit for the full marathon. Full marathon participants must reach the checkpoint at Hardy's Monument by 12.45pm to allow time to complete the second half. Teams entering the relay are responsible for arranging transport for each participant to and from their relay leg. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
