About the race
Seaside Showdown Series: Mickeleens Path is an 11 km loop trail race held in Witless Bay, NL. The route starts at the Witless Bay area and follows the Old Track before connecting to Mickeleens Path, forming a circuit that begins and ends in Witless Bay. The course is not flagged; participants are expected to know the route. Volunteers will be positioned at key locations on the course to help keep participants on the trail.
A GPX file is available on request so the route can be followed on compatible devices, and the event’s Strava club hosts route downloads. Live results are provided for this event. Race checkin occurs at the starting line and bib pick up is handled at checkin. Parking is available at the Witless Bay Seabird Ecological Reserve Tourist Information Centre near the beach; carpooling or drop-off is suggested.
Registration and bib numbers cannot be transferred to other individuals, though moving a registration to another Seaside Showdown Series race is possible with advance notice. If the event is cancelled, refunds less service fees or rollover registration options will be offered. The event is organized by Seaside Showdown Series and is presented as one in a series of independent races that share routes and community resources.
