Scouts BSA Troops 541 & 542 10th Annual 5K Fall Trail Run and Walk
This event features a 5K run and a 5K walk or hike through Fort Washington State Park and along the Wissahickon Creek Green Ribbon Trail. The course follows the Wissahickon Creek over the old Reading Railroad bridge to Militia Hill and returns via well-marked dirt and asphalt trails through shaded, wooded areas of the state park.

Entry fees differ by event: the 5K trail run has a registration fee of $35 and the 5K trail walk or hike has a registration fee of $30. The first 100 registered participants receive an official Fall Trail Run tec shirt. The 5K run awards prizes to top overall male and female finishers and to overall age group winners in these brackets: Ages 1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+. Top male and female runners by overall time each receive $100.
