About the race
Sasquatch Trail Run takes place on May 8, 2027 at Dry Creek Preserve, 35220 Dry Creek Road, Woodlake, CA. The event is a live race held on private property and also includes a virtual option. The event program includes these distances: - Competitive 5k Run, 3.1 miles, award eligible - 5k Fun Run, 5 kilometers, non-award option - 5k Virtual Race, 3.1 miles, run anywhere - Kids Race, 100 yards, for age 12 and under All finishers receive event swag. Adult participants are listed to receive a Sasquatch finisher T-shirt and a custom medal, with a note that shirt size is not guaranteed after 5/6/26.
The kids race includes a T-shirt and a kids finisher medal. The event also offers free race photos, bananas and muffins, music, and chip timing with live results. Age groups for awards and placement are 5-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. A large portion of proceeds will be donated to Dry Creek Preserve in Woodlake, CA.
Dry Creek Preserve covers 152 acres and is free to the public. Sequoia Riverlands Trust owns and manages multiple preserves including Dry Creek Preserve. The event is organized by Sierra Cascades Multisport Productions. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
