About the race
Sangar Mountain Challenge 2026 is a trail running event held at Gunung Sangar, Arjasari, Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat. The event is organized by Sangarun Community and frames trail running alongside exploration of the mountain environment and development of sport tourism in the region.
The program includes race pack collection and technical briefing at the venue on 23–24 October 2026, followed by the race day on 25 October 2026 with start and finish at Rompok Awi Citiis. The event presents four race categories with different route characters and minimum age requirements:
- 7 km Fun Trail, min. age 8 years
- 10 km Trail Race, min. age 15 years
- 21 km Half Marathon, min. age 18 years
- 50 km Expert Sangar Loop Challenge, min. age 18 years
