About the race
The Salty 7 is the final event in the 2026 Urban Trail Racing series, held at Cole Harbour Heritage Park. The event features a variety of terrain types including curved gravel trails that run alongside the ocean and over river bridges. Participants also navigate more technical sections containing tree roots within forested areas.
The race provides three distance options based on a loop format:
- 7 km
- 14 km
- 21 km
The course is designed to showcase local green spaces and the natural environment during the autumn season. The event is open to participants with different levels of experience, from those new to trail running to more experienced athletes.
