ASICS SaintéLyon is a multi-race trail event held on 28 and 29 November 2026, marking the 72nd edition. The programme includes ten events and gathers about 20,000 participants supported by roughly 1,200 volunteers; the associated Salon du Trail Running attracts about 40,000 visitors. Key logistical points: - Most race finishes are at the Halle Tony Garnier; the Lyon SaintéLyon arrival for the outward leg is at the Parc des Expositions in Saint-Étienne. - Baggage drop is available for solo races (one bag up to 20 L with an organisation tag); bags are retrieved at the Halle Tony Garnier. - Showers and changing rooms are available at the Halle Tony Garnier. - Shuttle services are organised differently per race: some shuttles are included in the entry fee, others must be reserved and paid separately; access by private car is restricted at Sainte-Catherine. - Electronic timing is via the bib; missing electronic checkpoints leads to disqualification. - Poles are prohibited and can cause disqualification. - Ravitaillements offer solid items (Gruyère, cakes, fruit) and liquids (water, sparkling water, coca); the number and location of aid stations vary by race. Eligibility and administration: - Participants must present identity, their bib retrieval card and any required medical certificate or licence when collecting bibs; bibs are not sent by mail. - Bib transfers, cancellation insurance and a report option for 2027 are available under specific conditions. - Some races use seeded start zones with UTMB Index thresholds for elite and performance SAS.
