Running Wild 5K - Melbourne
Running Wild 5K takes place on Sunday, September 27, 2026 at Wickham Park, Pavilion 4, 2500 Parkway Drive, Melbourne, FL. The event offers two participation formats: an in-person trail run and a virtual 5K.

Registration opens on June 1, 2026 and closes on September 26, 2026. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Standard individual registration is $35 with a race day fee of $40. Kid registration is $20 with a race day fee of $25. The virtual option is listed at $35. Age-based pricing applies at checkout. Participants may choose a no shirt option or a no medal option for a $5 discount each.
Packet pickup and on-site registration are available the day before at Running Zone (3696 N. Wickham Road) and on race day at Wickham Park. The in-person course is a trail through Wickham Park and strollers are not permitted. The event includes finisher medals, unique individual awards, post-race food and refreshments, and random giveaways. Proceeds benefit the Florida Wildlife Hospital.
Awards include Top 3 overall men and women, Top Masters 40 plus men and women, age group awards for multiple age brackets, and a team award for the top three fastest coed teams with a minimum of five members. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
