About the race
The event is a chip timed 5K held at Nissley Vineyards, 140 Vintage Drive, Bainbridge, PA on 09/26/2026. The course is described as scenic and cross-country style with a portion of pavement and finishes on the lawn and patio adjacent to 18th century buildings.
Registration is required to participate. Registration opens 09/29/2025 and closes 01/01/2026; the listed registration fee is $42.00. Walkers and children are welcome to participate. A one hour time limit is requested for course use. Children receive a discounted registration price; minors do not receive the wine ticket.
Included and available items and services: a high-quality tech tee in women’s, youth, and men’s/unisex sizes is included with registration, with a women’s racerback tank upgrade available for an additional $5 and a men’s tank option at no added fee. Registrants who select apparel by Sept 13 are guaranteed first choice; extras may be available afterward. Participants receive a souvenir Run the Vineyards wine glass, and adults 21 and over receive a complimentary glass of wine. There is a water station on course and free downloadable photos.
Additional on-site features include post run live music, a food truck by Mad Dash Grilled Cheese, lawn games, finisher medals available for purchase ($8 pre-race or $10 on race day while supplies last), and awards for top 3 male and female overall and age group winners (14 & under, 15–19, 20–29, then every 10 years). Spectators are welcome; additional wine is available for purchase. The race is held rain or shine with no refunds or deferrals. Packet pick-up is available on race day at the Good Day for a Run tent.
