2026 Run Of The Mill Trail Runraiser
The Run Of The Mill Trail Runraiser is a donation-based trail event on November 7, 2026, at Brandywine Creek State Park, Hawk Watch Parking Lot, 41 Adams Dam Road, Wilmington, DE 19807. The event is organized in partnership with Velo Amis and offers two marked trail distances.
- 5 Miles trail run or walk
- 10 Miles trail run or walk
Registration is free and required; a suggested donation of $25 is requested. Online registration opens August 19, 2026 and closes November 5, 2026. Day-of registration is available with cash or Venmo donations only. Proceeds benefit three Delaware non-profit organizations: Delaware Youth Cycling League, Friends of Brandywine Creek, and Sussex Sand Sharks Mountain Bike Team.
The marked course will remain open for four hours and is described as hiker friendly for both distances. Five mile participants should carry their own hydration and nutrition. The 10 mile course has unmanned water only aid stations near mile 4.5 and mile 8. Porta-potties are available at the start and finish. A daily park entrance fee applies: $4 for in-state visitors and $8 for out-of-state visitors, payable by cash or kiosk.
