Round The Rock Jersey 2027
Round the Rock is a coastal trail event around Jersey held on Saturday 31 July 2027. The route follows the island coastline anti clockwise and finishes in St Helier at Jardins de la Mare. The event offers three ways to follow the same coastal journey, with each distance joining the route at a different point.
Distances
- 48 mile Ultra completing a full lap of Jersey
- 26.2 mile Marathon along the north, west and south coasts
- 13.1 mile Half Marathon covering the west and south coasts
The course is marked at decision points and GPX files are provided for navigation. Checkpoints are described as simple and practical; the event is cupless. Runners are expected to be self sufficient between support points and to carry mandatory kit, which includes a minimum 1000ml water carrying capacity, trail shoes with suitable grip, a long sleeved warm layer, a foil blanket or bivvy bag, a charged phone with What3Words, the route loaded on a GPS device or phone, and a reusable drinking vessel.
