Rock Hawk Trail Races : Castle Rock, Colorado
Rock Hawk is a trail race event held on Saturday, August 29, 2026 at Philip S. Miller Park in Castle Rock, Colorado. The event uses the Miller Park and Ridgeline Trail systems and features rolling terrain with some varied and less technical trail sections.

The 50K course is listed as 31.2 miles with about 3,325 feet of total elevation gain and a maximum elevation near 6,635 feet. The 25K, 10K, and 5K courses use the same trail network with smaller elevation profiles. Time limits are published by distance.
On course there are two cup free aid stations that runners pass multiple times depending on distance. Aid stations provide water, an electrolyte drink (Tailwind), sweet and salty snacks, and fruit. Runners may leave a drop bag at the start/finish in a weather sealed bag. Crew and pacer policies vary by distance and are managed by the event.
