Ridge Rambler Half Marathon
The Ridge Rambler event is a Half Marathon held September 26, 2026 in Bridgeport, California near Twin Lakes. The race is organized by Ridge Rambler 5K & Half Marathon and benefits Bridgeport Elementary School. Registration closes on September 25 at 11:59 PM PT.
The course is point to point, beginning on the back side of Lower Twin at about 7,100 feet and finishing at about 6,600 feet. The route follows the lake, descends toward Buckeye Road, then climbs a ridge and continues with rolling hills to the finish. The highest point on the course is about 7,130 feet.
Race logistics note that check in is located on South Twin Road near the Lower Twin Lake Boating Site and is about one to two miles from the start. Check in opens at 6:45 AM and closes at 7:45 AM. After check in, participants may take a shuttle to the starting area or drive and park along the road by the lake. A shuttle will also be available at the finish to return runners to cars.
On-course support includes three aid stations with water. The finish area will provide water, snacks, and a finisher medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
