Richmond Park Half Marathon
The Richmond Park event takes place on 15 August 2027 at Richmond Park, Sheen Gate, London (postcode SW14 8BJ). The programme includes both a half marathon and a 10K route.
The half marathon is four laps of a marked course that passes through woodland, over rolling hills and alongside park wildlife, with the chance to spot deer. The route uses trail paths, pavement and grass and has an elevation gain of 187 m. A GPX file is available for the route.
Included with entry are a themed medal, free race photos, chip timed results, post race goodies and a bag drop. Entry options and listed prices include the Half marathon (£38 plus 5% booking fee) and the 10K (£30 plus 5% booking fee), and a RunThrough Foundation place option (£80 plus 5% booking fee).
Event logistics note an event village, course waymarking with trail flags and A5 arrows, friendly marshals, portable toilets in the event village and on every lap, and water and sweets at kilometres 2.5, 7.5, 12.5 and 17.5. Race packs are not posted and are collected at registration on the day. Minimum age is 17 years. Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are welcome though the mixed terrain may be demanding for some wheelchairs. Dogs are not permitted on the course but are allowed in the event village on a lead.
