Richmond Park Half Marathon : March 28, 2027

The Richmond Park event offers a half marathon held as four laps around Richmond Park, with sections on trail paths, pavement and grass. The half marathon route records an elevation gain of 187 m and passes through woodland and rolling hills inside the park.

Included with entry are a themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results, post-race goodies and a bag drop. The event village provides food and drink, marshals guide the course, and water and sweets are available at kilometres 2.5, 7.5, 12.5 and 17.5. Portable toilets are located in the event village and are also passed on every lap.

Practical details note a secure marquee for baggage collection, on-course marshals and trail flags with arrows to mark the route. Race packs are collected on the day at registration. The minimum age for the half marathon is 17 years.

Spectators are welcome and are advised to remain near the event village to view the start, finish and passing laps; a cafe at Roehampton Gate is about a 15 minute walk from the village. Buggy runners and wheelchair athletes are permitted but should be mindful of other runners and of the mixed terrain, which may be more difficult for wheelchairs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
