Raven Rocks Run - Ward Pound Ridge Reservation
The Raven Rocks Run is an annual trail event held at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation in Cross River, New York. The event combines on-site races with a month-long virtual challenge and supports the Friends of Trailside Museum and Ward Pound Ridge Reservation.

- Fire Tower Trail Half Marathon and 10 km
- Raven 100 km November Virtual Challenge (Nov 1–30)
The on-site 10k follows a marked trail course with rocky climbs, ridgeline sections, hilly meadows, and ravines, including the site of the former fire tower. A water stop is located at the four-mile mark near the top of the fire tower climb. Course maps and logistics are published for each running of the event, and photo galleries and official results are posted after the race.
The Raven 100k November Virtual Challenge asks participants to log walking, hiking, or running distances during November; finishers who report 100 km or more receive a custom finisher woodallion with name and distance, and may claim badges for additional achievements. Recent editions have included volunteer-run photography, course preparation groups, and race-day volunteers. The race has partnered with local park organizations and has raised membership support for the Friends group through race-related donations and memberships.
