About the race

Rapid Relays takes place at Culden Faw Estate, Henley on Thames on 2 May 2027. The event is run on a 4 km loop that passes woodland trails, areas of bluebells and offers views toward the Chilterns skyline. The surface is multi-terrain. Entry formats include solo, pairs and teams.

Solo runners have four hours to complete as many laps as possible; the event notes five laps as a half marathon and ten laps as a marathon, with a current solo record of 11 laps. Pairs run in relay over four hours and may organise exchanges as they wish; the pairs record stands at 14 laps. Teams consist of three or four runners in male, female or mixed categories; the teams record is 15 laps. The race village provides music, commentary, a support zone, parking, catering, massage, a shop and ice cream.

A Horse Box Sauna and massage services are listed as available on the day. Route-side base setup and overnight camping are offered free of charge without separate booking. Early bird entries are noted as open until 30 October 2026. A previous edition reported an approximately 50/50 female to male participant split and a mix of walkers, joggers and runners.
