Race for Life London - Beckenham Place Park
The event takes place at Beckenham Place Park in London, BR3 1SY, and is organised by Cancer Research UK. Distances offered include:
- 10k - double lap of the 5k route.

The course is fully contained within the park and uses a mixture of grass, tarmac, gravel and woodland paths. There are steep inclines, undulating sections and a maximum gradient of 18 percent; an alternative route can bypass these sections but may shorten the course. The 10k is chip timed. The start and finish are on the open grass area near Beckenham Place Mansion (what3words ///major.flows.shock).
Entry is for ages 16 and over for adult tickets. Child entry applies to ages 6 to 15; children under 6 may attend free but are not registered participants and must be accompanied by a registered adult. Ticket prices listed are £20.49 for adults and £14.00 for children. A minimum fundraising target of £50.00 applies.
Site facilities include refreshments and toilets; dogs are allowed. The event is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for pushchairs. There is no bag drop or showers. Local access notes include no on-site general parking, blue badge parking via Beckenham Hill Road entrance, nearby train at Beckenham Hill (about 0.5 miles), bus 54 Highland Croft stop, and limited cycle parking at the cafe courtyard.
