Punch Out Ultra - Molino, FL
Punch Out Ultra is an 8 hour timed trail event held on a private high-fence deer ranch in Molino, Florida. The course is a 4.2 mile out and back loop that starts and finishes beside a pond and follows pine needle covered trails, sandy dirt roads, and grassy stretches with gentle elevation. Wildlife such as whitetail deer may be visible from the trail.
The event offers individual entries, four person relay teams, and a ruck division. Teams must consist of exactly four members and each team member must complete at least one lap for the team to qualify. Individual runners and teams complete as many full laps as possible within the 8 hour time limit; partial laps do not count. Each lap is recorded by a hole punch on the runner bib, and bibs must be worn at all times.
Aid and logistics include a full aid station at the start/finish with water, snacks, electrolyte mixes and a light lunch, plus a water only station at the turnaround. This is a cupless event so participants should bring their own bottle or cup. The ruck division requires a 20 lb entry weight and has separate awards. Facilities include restrooms, a covered barn, non potable water, space for pop up tents, and a food truck. A free kids race for ages 3 to 12 will be held on a 0.3 mile loop.
