Pumpkin Run - PATSA
The Pumpkin Run is a yearly running and walking event organized by PATSA to support Tourette Syndrome awareness. The 2026 race is scheduled for Sunday, November 1, 2026 at Lower Perkiomen Valley Park in Oaks, PA. The course is a measured, professionally timed out-and-back route primarily on the Audubon Trail, on a level trail that passes through early fall scenery. Participants are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes; masks are not permitted while running.
Awards include trophies for the top three male and female finishers in both the 10K and 5K races. First place certificates are given in each male and female age group: Under 14, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus.
Registration fees and early-registration benefits:
- 10K : $35; runs the 5K route twice.
- 5K : $30.
- One mile : $25; includes a T-shirt and a pass to Shocktoberfest.
Registering prior to October 12 guarantees a race T-shirt and a Shocktoberfest pass; preregistration is required to guarantee shirt sizes. Fundraisers who also run or walk receive a $10 registration discount, and teams or individuals who raise more than $100 before October 12 have their name or fundraising team printed on the back of the race T-shirt. Sponsorship levels and benefits are listed with a sponsor deadline of October 12, 2026. Volunteers and sponsors support event operations and recognition is provided according to sponsorship level.
