Plymouth Harbour 10K

The Plymouth Harbour 10K is a charity running event organised by Devon Mind to raise funds and awareness for mental health across the county. It takes place on Sunday 27 September 2026 and is centred on Cattewater Harbour, starting at Mount Batten and finishing on Commercial Wharf in Plymouth.

The route follows the South West Coast Path and passes through Turnchapel, Hooe Lake, Radford Park, and Oreston. Runners cross Laira Bridge into Cattedown, pass the National Marine Aquarium, continue onto Sutton Harbour, and then follow the waterfront around to the historic Barbican before the final stretch to Commercial Wharf. Participants who finish receive a commemorative medal and acknowledgement from event staff and supporters.

The event is a running event of 10 km. It is not officially timed and will not produce rankings; participants may measure their own times if they wish. Entry requires payment of the entry fee and online registration, and participants must be at least 18 years old. Entry fees are listed as £20 early bird and £25 standard.

Facilities at the event include public toilets at the start and finish. The route is off road in places and is not suitable for wheelchair users; pushchairs, buggies, rollerblades, bicycles, and similar equipment are not permitted. Organisers may enforce a course cut off time for safety and event management.

Practical access notes state free parking on Lawrence Road car parks, a bus service from the city centre to Mount Batten Pier, and a regular ferry service between the Barbican and Mount Batten for return journeys. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
