Pleasant Creek Trail Run
The Pleasant Creek Trail Run takes place in Palo, IA on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event is the 12th annual running and the course will run clockwise in 2026.
Races are offered over multiple distances:
- 45K
- 30K
- 15K
A participant packet is provided and includes a detailed course description plus directions, post-race activities & awards, aid stations & support, and race rules. Packet pickup and late registration are available the day before at Soko Outfitters (41 16th Ave SW, Cedar Rapids). Packet and chip pickup occur at the Pleasant Creek Park start/finish area on race day; there is no race day registration.
Awards will be available for event and age-group winners once results are tabulated and verified. The event is sponsored by the Eastern Iowa Trail Alliance, a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote outdoor activities, improve trails, and enable the community to enjoy both.
