Pie and Peas 5 2026
Pie and Peas 5 2026 is a scenic 5 mile multi terrain undulating, one lap race held in Moulton near Northwich, Cheshire. The course uses a new route from previous years and carries Event Licence number 31394.
The race starts and finishes on the playing fields behind The Royal British Legion, Main Road, Moulton, CW9 8PB, located between Northwich and Winsford. Prizes are awarded to male and female open finishers in first, second and third places, plus first place in age categories including U20, V40, V45, V50, V55, V60, V65, V70, V75 and V80+. There is a first team prize with four to count, first claim only, and a prize for first Moulton resident.
A pie and peas supper is provided to all entrants. Meal options listed include meat, cheese and onion, vegan and gluten free choices. Numbers are to be collected on the night at the British Legion. The minimum age for participation is fifteen on the night. The event is not suitable for buggies or runners with dogs.
Entry fees are stated as £20.00 for unaffiliated runners and £18.00 for affiliated runners. A £2.00 UKA discount is deducted at checkout when the same name on entry matches the EA licence. The event is organised by Vale Royal Athletic Club and currently operates a waiting list; payment is taken only if a place is offered and accepted.
