Phoenix Trail Races
Phoenix Trail Races takes place on October 17, 2026 at the Watson Porter Pavilion in Fanshawe Conservation Area, London, Ontario. The event is sanctioned by Athletics Ontario.
Distances and options include:
- 25K Walk/Hike One loop of the main Fanshawe Lake Trail with add-ons near the Dam.
- 25K Trail Run One loop of the main Fanshawe Lake Trail with add-ons near the Dam.
- 50K Trail Run Two loops of the main Fanshawe Lake Trail with add-ons near the Dam.
- Phoenix / Backroads Collab 6 pk Only Purchase option; no running required.
Included with registration are admission to Fanshawe Conservation Area, a timed finish, aid stations approximately every 5 kms, safety and medical support, a finisher medal, a post race meal provided by Piping Kettle, photos, and a black lightweight hoodie offered with registration through September 13, 2026.
Some distances show limited spots and registration uses tiered pricing, with certain tiers including a shirt. The event page lists a fundraising campaign for Animalert with CA$1,113.36 raised of a CA$2,000 goal (56%) and shows 233 participants.
