Phoenix Running West Sussex - Secret Squirrel
Phoenix Running West Sussex holds a timed multi-lap event at Buchan Country Park in Crawley, West Sussex. Buchan Country Park covers about 170 acres of countryside and has held a Green Flag Award since 2010.
The event uses a 5.3 km (3.28 mile) out and back lap. Participants choose how many laps to complete to reach a distance of their choice. The minimum distance is 5 km (3.1 miles) and the event operates with a seven hour time limit for total running time.
