Phil and Bonnie Bounder 10k Forest Run 2026

The event is a 10k run on mixed forest tracks and woodland paths in Moreton Forest and adjoining woodland. The course includes sweeping wide tracks, rough and undulating terrain, trees positioned within the route and exposed tree roots underfoot. After rain there may be muddy sections. Runners cross two stiles and a stream, and the final kilometre is on a quiet country road.

Race HQ is at Moreton Village Hall, The Common, Moreton DT2 8RE. The minimum age to enter is 16 years. Entry fees are shown as £18 for unaffiliated runners and £16 for affiliated runners; the fee is inclusive. All finishers receive a medal.

The event is held in memory of two individuals and raises money for the charities Bonnie’s Last Wish for Suffering Donkeys and Dorset charity Mosaic, which supports children and young people who have been bereaved. The race is licensed by the Trail Running Association and is run under UK Athletic rules.
