Oyster Catcher Trail Run 2026
Oyster Catcher Trail Run takes place 25–27 September 2026 in Boggoms Bay, Western Cape. Registration is scheduled for 24 September 2026. The event base is at Boggoms Bay Golf Club, 1 Whale Street, Boggoms Bay.
Two participation options are offered with set entry fees. The two day option covers a total of 36 km and the three day option covers a total of 61 km. Daily routes are described by start and end locations.
Distances by stage:
- 15 km Day 1 for the two day option, Gouritz to Boggomsbaai
- 16 km Day 2 for the two day option, Dana Bay to The Point
- 16 km Day 1 for the three day option, Gourikwa Nature Reserve
- 15 km Day 2 for the three day option, Gouritz to Boggomsbaai
- 16 km Day 3 for the three day option, Dana Bay to The Point
Entry prices are R3,500 for the two day option and R4,500 for the three day option. All lunches are included with entry. Event extras and village services are available for additional fees: luxury tents for the event duration are priced at R2,800 and include bedding, a camp light, chairs and a bedside table. Dinner packages are listed at R230 per person per dinner and extra lunches at R180 per person. Event branded socks are offered at R150 each. The event notes a typical age range of 12 and older.
