Ultra Trail Serra de Montsant Costa Daurada
The Ultra Trail Serra de Montsant Costa Daurada is a multi-distance trail running event held in the Serra de Montsant Natural Park. The event starts in Ulldemolins, located in the province of Tarragona. Participants navigate through the mountainous landscape of the Costa Daurada region over two days of competition.
The event features a variety of distances to accommodate different levels of trail running experience:
- MSR Stage Run: A two-stage race totaling 88 km with 4,477 m of positive elevation gain.
- UTSM Ultra Trail: A single-stage race covering 63 km with 3,300 m of positive elevation gain.
- MSM Marathon: A 45 km course with 2,343 m of positive elevation gain.
- TSM 25K: A 25 km trail race with 1,177 m of positive elevation gain.
- TSM 11K: An 11 km route with 628 m of positive elevation gain.
- TREK 11K: An 11 km walking category following the same route as the 11K trail.
- START 7K: A 7 km introductory trail with 210 m of positive elevation gain.
The event is part of the Trailseries and provides points for the ITRA and UTMB Index.
