About the race
Ollie's Fall 10K is held on October 31, 2026 at Lakeview recreation area in Chanute, Kansas, inside Santa Fe Park. It is the second of three races in the Ollie Trilogy; the trilogy concludes with Ollie's Ultra in December.
The in-person course uses a chat trail that is closed off from roads. Each loop covers about 2.08 GPS miles (certified 2.022 miles for the ultra); runners complete three loops to cover the 10 km distance. Organizers allow a generous three-hour cutoff, so both runners and walkers can complete the course. Finishers receive a medal.
There is also a virtual option listed as Ollies Fall 10k Virtual. Registration for the in-person event opens September 14, 2026 and for the virtual option opens September 29, 2026; both registration periods close October 30, 2026. The listed registration fee for each entry is $40.00.
