Offa's Dyke 15 - Tempo Events

Offa’s Dyke 15 is a 15 miles point-to-point trail race following the Offa’s Dyke footpath between Hay-on-Wye and Kington. The route includes multiple road crossings, field and hill sections, notable climbs such as Bettws Dingle and Hergest Ridge, and long descents into Kington. Runners pass through Newchurch and Gladestry and may see local wildlife such as red kites.

The course has three staffed water stations at 4.5, 7 and 10 miles, with additional water available at the finish. There are two official cut off points at the 7-mile and 10-mile stations; runners who miss these cut offs will be transported to the finish. A relay option allows teams of two or three with handovers at the 7-mile and 10-mile stations; teams receive a single entry per team and everyone receives a medal.

Registration is online with race packs posted to entrants when possible; late entrants collect packs at on-site registration. Entry fees vary for affiliated and non-affiliated runners, and day entries are available if the race limit is not reached. Parking and the main toilet bank are at Oxford Road HR3 5EQ; coaches are organised between start and finish for a fee. Baggage drop is available at start and finish with limited space. Bone conduction headphones are the only permitted headphone type on the course. Prizes include trophies and awards for the first three male and female finishers and age-group winners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
