2026 NorCal Spartan Event Weekend
The event is a two-day obstacle course racing weekend on August 29–30, 2026, held at Mahon Ranch in Elk Grove, California. The venue features wide-open trails, rolling terrain, cold river crossings, and Spartan-style obstacles set on Northern California farmland. The site is described as just outside Sacramento, a short drive from the city center.
The weekend includes multiple race formats, team entries, volunteer opportunities, and spectator access. Team entries can be purchased together to secure the same start time for teammates. There is a volunteer program that offers a way to race in exchange for service.
