NOGAWILD Safari Run
The NOGAWILD Safari Run takes place on September 12, 2026, at NOGAWILD Safari Park, 2754 Paradise Valley Road, Cleveland, GA 30528, United States. The event is organized as a fundraising run to support Creation Encounters.
The course runs through the Safari Park and surrounding woods, following the Safari Drive-Thru road and trails with varying terrain: gravel, asphalt, mulch, trail creeks, and wooded sections. The route includes two small water crossings where pavers or boards are provided, and there is an option to replace the woods section with an additional loop around the Safari Park.
Distances offered:
- 2.8 Miles (two laps around the Safari Park)
- 1 Mile (kids and family fun run, one to two laps)
- 2.8 Miles (Virtual) (virtual participation option)
The route passes by animals including penguins, honey badgers, camels, zebras, and capybaras, and Scottish Highland cows are part of this year's event; participants have the opportunity to meet the Highland cows after the run. Registration fees listed for different event options include $45, $40, and $20, and fees increase by $5 one month before the event. Registration includes admission to the Safari Drive-Thru after the event.
A raffle and giveaway follow the run. Awards are planned for the first three female and first three male finishers. Each in-person participant receives one free raffle ticket and a Safari Run medallion; additional raffle tickets are available for purchase and winners must be present to claim prizes.
