Night on the Edge
Night on the Edge is a night run on a section of the Cornish South West Coast Path that starts at Cremyll, Mount Edgcumbe, passes through Cawsand and reaches Rame Head Chapel as the half marathon turnaround. The event offers multiple distance options and includes Canix race categories.
Distances:
- Half Marathon
- 10K
- 5K
- Canix races
The course runs along coastal footpaths and is marshalled. Race services include timing, professional first aid, event insurance, parking and prizes for category winners; medals are available as an optional extra. A three hour cut-off applies to the races.
The event base is at the bottom of the lawn at Mount Edgcumbe, Cremyll, Torpoint PL10 1HX, with parking provided across nearby pay-and-display car parks and a separate small car park at the Edgcumbe Arms. Organisers discourage driving to Cremyll and note ferry access between Plymouth and Cremyll/Torpoint; ferry services operate into the early evening, and later arrivals may need to use the Torpoint/Devonport ferry or arrange lift sharing. Registration and race pack procedures are handled on site prior to the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
