Navy Divers 50 K Run
The Navy Divers 50 K Run is the 44th annual edition held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in Shearwater, Nova Scotia at PSP Halifax, Boundary Road. The event is presented in conjunction with and in support of the CTV Christmas Daddies Telethon as part of the 2026 Christmas Daddies fundraiser.
The course uses the Shearwater Flyer Trail, Salt Marsh Trail and Atlantic View Trail for a total distance of 50 km. The format is 25 km out and 25 km back, starting at the Shearwater Sports and Fitness Center. The event is open to both civilian and military participants. All profit from participant entry fees will be donated to the Christmas Daddies charity.
Logistics note: there is a seven hour finish cutoff and water stations are provided approximately every 10 km. The event does not use chip timing; participant times are recorded with a stopwatch from the race start to finish and results are collected and emailed after completion.
