Naturally Outdoors Endurance Race
The Naturally Outdoors Endurance Race on December 5, 2026 takes place at the Florence Soccer Complex and uses a 2.5 mile loop around the complex. Participants compete in timed events where the competitor who completes the most laps within the event duration is declared the winner. Both running and rucking divisions are offered in two event durations: 2 hours and 4 hours.
A rucking division includes required non consumable weights: men 30 pounds, women 20 pounds, and participants 18 and under 20 pounds. All participants receive a finisher coin bearing the event logo. Overall first place male and female runners receive a new pair of running shoes from the in store selection, and first place male and female age group winners receive a $25 gift card.
Age groups are 18 and under, 19 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59, and 60 plus. An aid station is located at the start line and is passed once each loop. Packet pickup is offered at Naturally Outdoors on December 3 and December 4 and on race morning at the Florence Soccer Complex. Proceeds benefit the greater Florence area trail and park systems and support expansion of the local rail trail.
If two leading age group competitors are on the same loop when the clock expires, the competitor who started that loop first is awarded the victory for their category. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
