Moxie's Memorial 5k
Moxie's Memorial is a trail 5k run and walk in Oxford, Maine, with both in-person and virtual options. The event benefits Mission Working Dogs and is organized around Oxbow Brewing Company Beer Garden on Main Street, Oxford.
The in-person course starts and ends at the Oxbow Beer Garden, follows the blue ski trail called Anne's Moon Dance, continues via a trail connector to the Mission Working Dogs training center at Moxie's Place, and returns to the brewery. The first 200 in-person participants receive a race t-shirt at check-in. Additional Mission Working Dogs merchandise will be available for purchase.
Only properly trained service dogs are permitted on the race course; pets are not allowed for safety and liability reasons. In-person participants who are age 21 or over receive one beer ticket to the Oxbow Beer Garden, redeemable on the day of the event. Oxbow's kitchen will open early so food and drinks are available after the event. Restrooms will be available before and during the event.
